lol guess that's a big NO. Anyone know how to put flickr pics here now??

OK so click on the rectangle with the arrow, them click on the middle icon </>, pick the size, then click on HTML, then copy & paste the bits we usually use

Thanks heaps Trifecta!! but what bits do we usually use? I used to just right click on a pic, select something (and now I can't remember what) and paste it into the picture icon here in the reply. But when I paste the whole lot in I get the message above. I've mucked around in the test forum and still can't seem to work it out lol

& get rid of the rest :D

Sorry I have to go to bed now but will back on tomorrow afternoon. I am actually going to the Peter Coulson workshop at the National Portrait Gallery in Canberra tomorrow morning, so have to leave early!

Thanks heaps Trifecta!! Wow, confusing. I can't work out how to change the size - I seem to only have three options now (medium 331x500, square 75x75, square 150x150). Damn you Flickr!

Have fun at the course! let us know how you find it.

Ah, just worked it out! If anyone else is having the same problem, go to the photo, click on the three dots (actions), click on Download / All sizes, then View all Sizes then proceed as per usual.

Pleased you got Flickr under control, gapvic, it's so annoying when things change..... like going to the supermarket & everything you want to buy has changed aisles! Really enjoyed your pics of Tassie when I was on your Flickr page

Lots of lovely pics from everyone again this week :)

Yesterday I participated in a Peter Coulson portraiture workshop in celebration of the National Photographic Portrait Prize at The National Portrait Gallery in Canberra. We used the natural lighting of the gallery & courtyard as well as discussing some of the techniques employed in the artworks on exhibition.

This is my first attempt at photographing surfers. So hard to choose which one to use but I went with this one

Gorgeous shot, and your Flickr set of them all are really nice! :)

Thanks CC, that's great to hear. I'm never sure if what I am doing is 'good' or not but if I like it, I figure that's good enough for me :D

Never hurts to get a compliment though :D

For the record I welcome any feedback on my photos (negative or positive :)) because I am only just getting into photography so I've lots to learn

Love the kookaburra shot  He looks like he needs a good feed though. The ones round here are so much fatter  Maybe they are a different kind? I know very little about Australian wildlife :dunce:
