Leah82
I've been thinking about some of the tricks I want to teach sarah and some of them require good core strength like begging. I've heard that pregnancy weakens abdominal muscles in women and was wondering if it would be the same for dogs? Sarah would be an extreme case after her former life as a puppy farm breeder. Would I be wasting my time trying to teach her some of these tricks if she might not be physical capable?
blakkjackal
Balance exercises (dobo etc) are great for core strength. Edit/ lol sorry just realised this isn't at all helpful regarding your question. Edited November 22, 2013 by Hockz
hankdog
Could you do some easier excercises to help he build up strength. Roll over is fun and uses abs. Maybe those egg ball things as well. Edited November 22, 2013 by hankdog

I'll also see if I can find you the thread that people suggested some strengthening excercises for my girl Edit: never mind it must have been private message where I was told more about the core work..
