paddles
Wow thanks for the links! That site is a goldmine. But I shall start with the foundation marker/food/tug stuff first. And hopefully I will have a video some time next year...! Paddles, I am in Melbourne :) you are so lucky! there are some good obedience schools down there, I love westernport (kcc park) I found them wonderful, and so positive, just remember, baby steps, and steady constant training, and you'll do so well

paddles
Video as promised: Very nice.... love the speed of the drops... got any tips for getting faster response on the sit/drop/stands?
Mal1
Re. Drops: normally have dog on free command and do drop commands at random itervals, fast drops are well rewarded with play slow are ignored. I just work on the one command for about ten minutes with the emphasis on the play aspect. If the dog is more food driven would use food rewards. Heel work needs improvement, will be cleaning that up next.
