Rozzie
My Coolie bitch is in season. She started last Wednesday. This is the first time having a bitch in season, as I wanted to wait to spay her at 12 months. She is 11 months now. How long does she need to be kept in the run for? She is being very good about her enforced isolation, so no issues there. Thanks
~*Shell*~
With Veikko, I kept her at home for 4 weeks from the first day she was bleeding. While she was out of season 3 weeks later, I left her an extra week just to be on the safe side. On that 4th weekend, I gave her a post-season bath. :)

Simply Grand
I took Quinn out after 3 weeks (maybe a day or two more but no longer than that), she was around other dogs then and had no reaction from them so I assume she was all back to normal. Dogsfevr
There is no set time . We have had bicthes we mated at day 3 to day 30 each one is different so its important not to follow the general rule but treat each bitch differently
