Angeluca
I just got access to this forum, and was hoping to join this thread. I'm hoping for goldens on the 12th, doing a wait and see but all signs point to Yes. even getting a belly to.
Alyosha
Yay! Danes & Goldies!!! We have a belly, we have a bit of milk leakage... And when they all go for a run she now trots a few steps then re-thinks and walks... I am seriously hoping she doesn't feel the need to out do her half sister who produced 12 pups last time... But I do think she is (at this stage!) a little smaller. So am still hoping for 8 or less... This is her post bath and belly-trim... And proving that she can still lie in her favourite pose despite the belly!! "Beetle-girl". My daughter is trying out the upside down view as well... Will be doing her temps from this Friday onwards... Exciting but nervewracking! My fingernails may not survive...
Angeluca
Tell me about it, So excited, Tomorrow I am going to pick up a boy I sold from last litter, His owner loves him to pieces but his owner works and he hasn't quite bonded with the wife. Long story short he is coming home until we can find a more suitable family. So excite to see him again to I'm gonna be emotionally warn out within the next fortnight. Alyosha
Wow busy times Angeluca! It will be great for you to see him again though. Love those little reunions! After a long night last night of heavy panting and restlessness Ursie has settled a little bit (but not until 4:30am). But temp is 36.5 this morning so I think we will be off and running shortly!! Have dragged myself into work to get some things done in case I don't get back next week - leaving her under teenage son's watchful eye until I go home at lunchtime. But I'm feeling the effects of little sleep - a familiar puppy-related feeling!!!

Alyosha
Well we started at 3:30am and finished at 11:45am... We have 12. Exactly the same as our last litter - 9 boys and 3 girls. Bizarre. But gorgeous, gorgeous babies. All safe and well (touch wood!) And mum doing very well - although exhausted. :dancingelephant:

Alyosha
Pics: Mum with the first half of the horde... And the second half - waiting their turn. Mum finds all 12 of them at once just a little overwhelming. Can't say I blame her!! We had a good birth. A couple of breech ones and one that was quite limp and scared me. But only for a few moments. It just seems an eternity at the time!!

But your little guys are adorable, was there any intent to keep any this run? pic 1 last litter , pic 2 this litter Edited November 2, 2013 by Angeluca
