BC4ME Posted September 4, 2013 Share Posted September 4, 2013 HI Everyone I have an Epson Artisan 837 printer and when I print my photo's they are all coming out with a bright red/pink tinge to them. I am using Epson inks and Epson glossy paper. My grandsons blue romper suit is coming out bright pink. I have tried adjusting the print settings but I can't get rid of the pink tinge. The photo's look fine on my lap top screen and even when I go to print preview. Any ideas???? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Impatiens Posted September 4, 2013 Share Posted September 4, 2013 I had a similar problem once - the cyan ink cartridge had come loose somehow. I'd check all the inks are firmly in place - and have ink in! :laugh: My Canon printer has a troubleshooting program that checks for blockages etc.Epson must have one, that could be worth a try.
