I have friends living in Mullumbimbi and they emailed me after seeing a notice on the shop window of Companion Animals Welfare in Brunswick Heads: 'carer wanted due to financial problems, Hamish, Westie, ph 0418404292'.

Is there any chance any DOLer in this area can contact these people to offer to care for Hamish? or at least find out if the notice-writer's situation is urgent or the little bloke is not being looked after...I do not have any more info, just the email from my friends.
