Dangerous Dog Owner Faces Big Fines

Glad the authorities are now handing out some decent fines but that doesn't make up for the victims' distress, it simply shouldn't happen. This particular attack shows that the owner of the already declared dangerous dog doesn't give a crap about anyone else and happily places them and their pets at risk. They deserve massive fines and some jail time wouldn't go astray.

They'd want to take it seriously... there are lots of holiday-goers that bring their dogs with them up there - and there have been numerous incidents where local people's dogs have been attacked. My brother's assistance dog was one that was attacked by a holidaying dog - whose owners packed up and left the area in the middle of the night to avoid being prosecuted... grrr!

  • 2 weeks later...

Dane Bouris is the son of Mark Bouris - the boss guy that does the firing on Celebrity Apprentice - his daddy is yummo... and rich!

He can afford the fines... so not really all that much in the way of punishment that will make him think twice about allowing his dog loose in public... *sigh*

It was in the Sydney Morning Herald today this the owner of the dangerous dog was none other than Dane Bouris. :mad

You simply can't judge a book by its cover, can you? All the money and probably all the education in the world and someone still behaves in this way ....

Haven't got a clue who this fellow is, but those with plenty of money, whether educated or not, often think they are above the law.

Oh, thats interesting, been wondering what the owner could be like, what an odd combination. :D

His father must be SOOOOOO proud. This guy's ego must have been overfed as he was named "Bachelor of the Year" at one point. Obviously common sense and consideration for others aren't on their list of selection criteria ...
