Kirislin
Remind me please, I have not bred a litter for years now. I seem to remember the norm is worm the bitch just before she's mated, and again 2 weeks before whelping, then worm pups and mum at 2 weeks, and the pups again at 4, 6 and 8 weeks then every 3 months thereafter. Is that right? BTW I'm not planning on breeding a litter, I'm just curious. Edited July 13, 2013 by Kirislin
WreckitWhippet
I don't worm my bitches during whelp, I worm them well before they are mated as part of the usual schedule and with the pups when they are 3 weeks old
sandgrubber
If you do heartworm meds, you may already be worming every month. Check your labels.

OSoSwift
I didn't give my bitch her sentinel she was due for during pregnancy, she had one before she was mated, I have her an intestinal all wormer 10 days prior to whelping, then will do her and puppies when they are two to three weeks old :)
