puddles
Hi all, Super excited, the obedience club I co-founded last year has been successful in getting a grant for a FULL set of agility equipment!! So, my question is, where do clubs get gear from? Must be ANKC standard, as I regularly compete and hope to get others into competing! I guess a major factor when considering where to buy from is that it needs to be delivered to south west queensland. I am going to have a chat to local carriers and see if they can help us out. Thanks!
pie
Most equipment for our clubs are made by agility people who are also quite handy / tradies. Some QLD / NSW people might be able to help you with some names :) If you need the specifications for the equipment they can be found in the ANKC agility rules, which are here http://www.ankc.org.au/Rules.aspx

skip
Can't help you with QLD supply. But ADAA in nsw brought equipment from SA recently. I wonder if ADAA in QLD could advise you? One local club had some great lighter equipment made on the central coast. Forget his name right now but he ( Rick Pike?) is on gumtree for agility equipment. His stuff is rubberised but still pretty light which is great for a club. Wish our club could get a grant as we are pretty new and poor! How did u wrangle a grant? Probably different in NSW.
