paddles
Hi I have a dog that we think would make a good therapy dog, and was wondering how I could look at qualifying her for this?? can anyone point me in the right direction?
pipsqueak
Hi I have a dog that we think would make a good therapy dog, and was wondering how I could look at qualifying her for this?? can anyone point me in the right direction? If you are in NSW, either Velma"s Pet as Therapy or Delta Society.

Nekhbet
All your dog has to be is social and under reasonable control on a flat collar. Delta Society run it in Vic, see if they have an office close by. I did it with my Bordeaux and Rottie, trust me there's no massive expectation on the dog except that it's not a total nutjob.
