JackC Posted May 28, 2013 Share Posted May 28, 2013 Take this as is but another tip I read about for stopping chewing or biting is if they are going for your hands to hold your fist up against the dogs mouth and push gently so it is uncomfortable but not harmful and growl at the dog, or if its on your clothes hold your hands on either side of his body and growl loudly, this lets the dog know that your not happy and they should back off, usually coming back straight away to lick you as an apology.
