My cards I use are 16gb SanDisk they are 45mb/s class 10, they are fast and quick to download and you can usually get two for about $60 if you look about. Or cheaper on line. They had them at Dick Smith 1 for $54 I got two for the same price at Costco exactly the same. I have 4 all together now so wont run out in a hurry. I much prefer SD cards to CF, for me its just easier. I take the camera out of the card and download from the card reader! Hope you can let us know what you think when you get it.
