Large Collars

Beautiful collars! I have been contemplating getting a leather collar for my Vizsla… She swims down the beach everyday though so I thought this may ruin it… any thoughts how leather holds up in these conditions? Also because she has a single coat I find the nylon webbing used on most collars is rubbing against her neck a lot and creating a bit of a bold area around her throat.. she pulls on the lead a bit when we first get out… still a young dog so obedience is still in progress :) I thought maybe the leather would be better for her…
