There is a world of difference between controversial and playing to the lowest common denominator. Q&A for instance. Lots of divisive issues raised on that program and handled with intelligence and care.

Oh I know, and it's intended to be the trashy type of controversy. It actually used to be better and have more funny "adult" topics, but then they switched hosts to some random non-celebrity and it just went stupid and trashy.

Stupid and trashy ...... unfortunately the vast majority of television seems to be that. :(:(

Yep, but it must appeal to the masses sadly enough, or else they wouldn't keep making it. Who out there is watching this trash - stop it people :laugh: Force them to make us decent stuff to watch!

...seldom watch tv. Only watch Game of Thrones or Sky News on fox, the rest is whatever tickles my fancy on ABC's iview or I read. Can't stand reality tv nor silly controversial shows.
