Her Majesty Dogmad Posted April 15, 2013 Share Posted April 15, 2013 My fc sent me the ad last night - I only found 2 breeders in Australia, one of whom has dogs that look like the one in the photo - mainly white with some tan whereas the other breeder's dog was mostly tan. nswgrey Posted April 17, 2013 Share Posted April 17, 2013 On the subject of hounds, AWL Ingleside has Roy, a 2.5yo Afghan x Pharaoh Hound cross looking for a forever home or a foster carer (sighthound experienced). Roy has previously been a family pet, but after relationship breakdown he ended up in Blacktown Pound & then at AWL for the past 5-6 weeks. He is not doing well in a shelter environment - needs to put on a lot of weight & has contact dermatitis on all 4 feet, probably due to the large amount of seeding paspalum on the grounds. I saw one once a couple of years ago in a park in Blacktown, young male with a family, he was very unsure of the other dogs, big gangly thing.
