RubyStar
Just in case it hasn't been posted already, there is a new series (how new I don't know, I only discovered it on Monday) called Extraordinary Dogs on Animal Planet channel, Monday nights at 8.30pm (AEST). It's about working dogs who have all sorts of jobs, such as scent detection, protection, finding people in avalanches, finding seals and finding ants! I loved it as it mostly featured the Labrador but other breeds did feature such as Rottweilers, German Shepherds, and coming up next week has the English Springer Spaniel. I've set IQ to tape the series every week

RubyStar
They're advertising it as a new series, so maybe they just mean a new series of episodes to an existing program? But yep, very interesting! I love watching working dogs :)
Sheilaheel02
Unfortunately I don't have Foxtel any more but can you keep an eye out for a red ACD named Rusty (or Little Red) who is trained to detect Cane Toads for me please? He is a former ACDR rescue who came from Hawkesbury Pound. I would love to see the story if he features. S
