All dogs when sold should go to their new owners with a Certificate of Registration - either a blue certificate (main or full register) or an orange certificate (limited register). It is up to the breeder which register the dog is put on but they should explain the difference to you. They have 28 days to forward on this certificate. If the member was a Victorian member at the time he must comply with our rules and regulations. One of which is that he cannot withhold paperwork and has 28 days in which to supply you with them.
