Boronia Posted January 16, 2013 Share Posted January 16, 2013 I was browsing the DOL Mature dogs section and clicked on a link to a breeder, in their 'about us' page they state that ' we concentrate on having no more than 2 litters per year'. I thought that it was three litters in two years. Most bitches come into season around every 6 months so this would mean that their bitch would be mated every season...I am a little confused, so if someone could set me straight I'd appreciate it. It may only show their titled dogs for example. yes, that would be the most likely scenario Christina and also that I was reading it incorrectly, it did strike me as odd as from reading their website, they appeared to be an excellent, caring breeder of dogs.
