redangel
When I was a child we used to clip the poodles on the back porch...after spring we would find all these bird nests with poodle linings. Looks like the house proud birds in your neighborhood are about to update their furnishings.
cannibalgoldfish
I take a small measure of pride that the starlings, sparrows and blackbirds for several streets around me have shiba hair lined nests :D
mantis
I was thinking that maybe your dog tore up a six pack of toilet paper in your backyard, like my Kenny did. Trust me, that takes a lot longer to clean up.

Dame Aussie
 Looks similar at our house when I brush Mosley. We saw a bird come down and take some of his hair a while ago for it's nest :D This was after a really quick brush. The last time I brushed him it was about 4 times this as he was blowing his coat. Gertrude139
My sibe likes to eat her hair once I brush it out of her. Very wierd, I don't understand why. I don't like her eating it cos I worry she will get hair balls like the cat. My backyad looks like yours MUP, only my yard is much smaller so it looks much more intense, the birds do take some away to make nests with, but not enough! mixeduppup
I need a very large flock of nesting birds to land in my yard and take it all away
Simply Grand
Mine like to eat their own hair and each others too! I worry about hairballs too, and if it passes through they get stringy poos that get stuck *rollyeyes*
