Bilbo Baggins Posted January 8, 2013 Share Posted January 8, 2013 It is with much pleasure that I announce that Australian Neuter Champion Clarelly Ruby Rose completed the year as top Neuter Cavalier Nationally. Nationally she was 35th in All Breeds and 4th in Toys. Victorian 13th All Breeds and 3rd in Toys. Ruby was the first Cavalier in Victoria to gain her Neuter title.
