pie
That's a familiar sight at my place, though my dog is black so I'd hate to think what temps she reaches!
disintegratus
Haha, mine are doing that right now... except they're inside with the aircon on. Wimps!!
Guest Labradork
Mine are asleep on the couch...I'm squished down one end. There's been a cool change so they are sleeping deeply and snoring heavily
Loving my Oldies
My dogs can please themselves, I'm in with air con going LOL. Jeune tends to go out and lie on the deck in the full sun, but she can have it on her own.
tlc
What a little heat seeker Puck is, 3 of mine are not partial to the heat but Lacy will lie in the full sun. Although today they were chilling in side with the air con on.

minimax
One of my black pugs loves laying in the sun, then comes stumbling inside and falls into the water bowl, panting, wondering why he's hot
Sydoo
Cute :) Does he get sunburnt? Billie hates the hot midday sun. You throw a toy into the yard and she grabs it and runs straight back to the shade of the fenceline. She doesn't stand out in the sun unless you are doing something...walking, playing etc. and even then she will sometimes move back to the shade and wait for you to follow. Works for me as I'm very fair and get pink after only a few minutes.
gusgem
My black and white gsp pup always lies in the sun, he must get so hot! I don't get it, give me air con any day!
WExtremeG
My melanistic Black and Tan GSD also loves to lay in the sun- on a hot day- dogs are pretty funny sometimes lol
dancinbcs
Never let dogs with white bellies sunbake like that. They can very easily get serious skin cancer.
Loving my Oldies
Lots of dogs laying eggs. Photo in #7 Kirislin - very evocative a dog being a dog and loving a dog's life.
HazyWal
Never let dogs with white bellies sunbake like that. They can very easily get serious skin cancer. I'm sure Kirislin takes all precautions with her dogs. Maddie is the worst sunbaker She will lay out on the deck when you can cook an egg on it. Bald as a badger my little Maddie but she's out there baking away, the hotter the better. I smother her in sunscreen(which she hates) but if she wants to bake then thats the deal :)
