pirate
Bought the Sabco Robo Sweep today, charged the ball for a few hours put it on the floor and let it go picked up most of the dog hair and kept the dog and kitten amused for a while. Tilly
I saw this the other day in the shop and was wondering how they work ... is it like a microfibre mat under the frame?
tlc
We opened one at work and had a squiz, I think in the right house they would be good. I thought they were a bit exxy for what they were!
pirate
It has a micro fibre mat under the frame, the ball goes into the frame and rolls around pushing the frame and it picks up the hair on the way it runs for about 90 mins every so often the kitten would knock ball out of the frame and chase it around. Loving my Oldies
Gosh at $50 you could have one in every room!! They wouldn't 't amuse my dogs --- thet'd be running for the hills. I'm def going to look at one, though.
pirate
Surprising how much hair it picks up. Got to find the ball the cat knocked it out of the frame and it has wandered off somewhere.
tdierikx
I'd still have to vacuum first... I have 2 dogs here who are shedding like there's no tomorrow - and I just don't think a microfibre rag would be up to the job... lol! T.
Loving my Oldies
I decided to try this out and bought one this afternoon - glad I didn't pay $50.00. In fact I should have looked in the box first. It is probably worth $15 at the most. Anyway, I have had it wandering around the lounge/dining room. I was right about the dogs: all of them took off except Tamar - LOL. She kept following it around, but I couldn't get a photo except this one: It fits under the couch, but sometimes I have to rescue it: Weaves around the dining room chairs but I ended up taking them out onto the deck to give it a bit of freedom  :
