Ping
Thank you so much Katie. It wasn't the picture that I planned on using but when I downloaded them I love this one. :)
Ping
The 50 lens is certainly a challenge to use. I really have to think about where I position myself when I take the photo and because I can't zoom in and out I also have to analyze what is in the back ground. I tend to take on image, see what it looks like and what I hate about it them move around the room to avoid the bits I don't like. Which in this house is a challenge all of its own. huga
Thank you so much Katie. It wasn't the picture that I planned on using but when I downloaded them I love this one. :) I'm glad you did. When it first popped up on FB, I initially thought it was an image by one of my favourite photographers, Molly Flanagan :) The 50 lens is certainly a challenge to use. I really have to think about where I position myself when I take the photo and because I can't zoom in and out I also have to analyze what is in the back ground. I tend to take on image, see what it looks like and what I hate about it them move around the room to avoid the bits I don't like. Which in this house is a challenge all of its own. It's good that it makes you think :) It will encourage you to become better, pretty soon you won't even have to think about that stuff - it will just be natural. Also, if you shoot wider open, you can get more of a blur going on in the background (depending on how close it is and how close you are to your subject). Ping
Awww...Molly Flanagan's photos are divine, they bought a tear (or more) to my eyes. I'm sure in 90 more days when I shout at the kids "Stop Moving. There, right there!!" they will be telling me to shut u pan go away. but for now they are humoring me, and I shall be taking advantage of that. I was temped to take my camera into the dentist with me the other day, but I didn't think the dentist would see the funny side of that.
