I'm An Expert

So, the experienced dog people have all had moments where we look back and think "hmm, not so smooth/smart".

Thought we could have a re-run of a thread that HW started a few years ago. The thread that shows even the experienced have their less skilful moments. Pictures or stories, please keep it light and don't post things that are actually negligent or cruel.

So, I'll start. Here's me, volunteer obedience instructor, walking my dogs at a show last weekend. We have a bitch in season at the moment and one of my dogs also marked a gazebo while I wasn't looking. Before the show people come after me, it was our gazebo   :D :o

As a puppy Mosley was very destructive, he was surrendered at the pound and we rescued him at 12 weeks and he was already over 10kgs of NAUGHTY. He's great now but back then...

He has eaten, in no particular order -

1 mobile phone

Carpet in a rental

2 dog beds

1 coffee table

1 house phone

Approx 10 books

Laptop

And Lili does this -

I am an expert on exercising dogs and providing plenty of mental stimulation, so as to prevent boredom and destruction, so much so, that I like to preach to others.

They were clearly helping you with some necessary excavations! lol

They were known as "Breilla Brothers Backhoes" and " Patscavations"

I are an expert at keeping my dogs entertained while I am at work. :o

I can so relate, the amount of damage Kenny did when I was at work or out, are just too many to mention. Unfortunately I don't have any pictorial evidence of the mass destructions he caused over the years.

I'm an expert on selecting the correct treat from several different packets and containers of treats to get new dogs to be comfortable with me.

What I fail at is storing said treats safely from my own dog. Yet again tonight she jumped onto the dog fridge, picked out a brand new bottle of yoghurt drops, chewed the screw top lid off and inhaled the lot secretly on my bed!

I hope her fat belly hurts!
