Zug Zug
I have just finished my couch to 5k program and am ridiculously proud of myself! My older dog loves running with me (I am exceptionally slow), and my younger dog does too at times, although he is far more for me to manage. It is nice to have a form of exercise we can do together. Flick_Mac
Well done Zug Zug - I'm on my 3rd attempt of the couch to 5k - after several sprained ankles... both my boys come with me and love it!

Working Dog Lover
these guys won one of our awards last year .Great website - great people too. Awww... thank you! :) We're having a lot of fun with Pooch to 5k, and seeing some fantastic results from both dogs and owners. We based the program on Couch to 5k but made it a little longer and a little easier around week 5, for the dogs' sake. If we can encourage more people and their dogs to get out and get active, we're happy. Edited November 2, 2012 by Working Dog Lover

Working Dog Lover
It's easier and more fun with company, see if you can rope a friend in to do it with you. That way you're both accountable and less likely to skip a session :-)
TheCheekyMonster
I started the couch to 5 last year, got to about 8 minutes and quit lol but its a good thing if you can stick to it.

Wobbly
Wow I might try this. The pooch needs a change in exercise type, I think she may getting a little too old for some of the more hardcore running around I ask from her. She has had 2 injuries in the last few months that I would put down to likely being due to her exercise being too hell for leather, gentle jogs would be easier on her. I cant even imagine myself fit though, it's been so long - my dog might be quite surprised to see me break into a trot. XD I will try to give it a go, hopefully I can stick with it.
