The Spotted Devil
Anyone know how many Dallies are entered? Our National is this weekend (which is usually well attended) so I'm curious to see how many are staying on.

Blakbelgian
That judge will be seeing spots for quite awhile then :) Here's hoping we have good weather this year. Can some one post the numbers for Vic Womens when they arrive? BB

Did anyone receive a map with their numbers? They usually incl a map since there are so many rings for this show. Thank you BB

capanash
Is there anyone else who has not yet received their Sunbury numbers? The check has been cashed, so we know we are entered.
Bisart Dobes
No haven't and I rang the show secretary with much appologizing while I did so - poor thing, he's been swamped with phone calls but still its to be expected when numbers were only sent out on Mon or Tues he said - people expect to have numbers within the week before - not the day before. Ours will probably come Monday but I am at Vic Womens on Monday and have different dogs entered on the Tuesday. A 4 day weekend of showing different dogs takes organizing :D . Dellcara
one of the "downsides" of keeping entries open as late as possible .... late posting of numbers.

capanash
Wouldn't want to be the show sec on tues rewriting numbers and checking entry slips. Usually Sunbury comes early but we only received vic womens on Thurs.
jacobite
Thanks for the numbers. It is going to be a very loong weekend. Well I've checked the bank account and Sunbury has cashed the cheque but I have not got my numbers. This is disgraceful as there is no possibility of them arriving before Monday when I will be at Vic Women's . I though we were supposed to,get the numbers a week in advance? capanash
Exhibit numbers and entry passes are meant to be posted 7 days prior to the event. Australia Post is usually very good, most mail arrives by the 2nd business day after being posted, unless you are in a remote area. Thanks to online banking for being able to view cheque transactions and not have to bother the poor secretary.
Dellcara
Exhibit numbers and entry passes are meant to be posted 7 days prior to the event. yes .. the key being "dispatched" 7 days prior ... not "received" 7 days prior.
