Katdogs
Young-ish desexed male mini-foxie type, found at Wiley Park. http://www.dolforums.com.au/topic/242982-found-little-foxy-type-dog-wiley-park-nsw/ Has a chip but the number is disconnected. Does anyone know who this 'petfinder' organisation is, that the vet clinic rang?
Katdogs
Bump just because he's sweeter than I expected and appears to have been well cared for.

Katdogs
He's still at the pound, has a week to go. No sign of owners yet. He's such a sweetie. He acts very timid and trembly when he meets a stranger but it's just an act - within ten minutes he'll be bouncing around like a puppy again, looking for cuddles. I wouldn't be surprised if he has a bit of Iggie in him, he has that way of sitting and looking at you! The pound vet nurse also thinks he's just a funny little thing with the way he plays :) When we went to the pound, I attached his lead behind the cargo barrier just in case he made a jump when I opened the door at the other end. He spent the whole (five minute) drive frantically trying to climb through a gap because he thinks dogs should be on the driver's lap (he was on the bench seat in our old car when he came home with my husband). He was very upset and busily scrabbling at the seat, but didn't bark once! He didn't bark at all when crated or confined either, and the pound say he's very quiet with them too. So, he's a desexed, housetrained, non-barking, gentle little dog, good with other dogs and even cats. What a winner I hope a good rescue group can take him on and find just the right home for him. There are some photos in the thread in General.
Loving my Oldies
How sad for the poor little guy. I know you have a house full and sooner to be fulla with buddha - LOL. But if you offered to foster him, I am sure Denise or Ronda would rescue.
tdierikx
Not a chance the little man can stay at Katdogs' place straight out of the pound - she's getting a not fully vaccinated new pup in a few weeks time... can't have any possibility of any nasties getting into her yard. I've met him and can back up everything Katdogs has said about him. He's a lovely little chap, gets on well with others, and is quiet. He will make someone a very nice little companion for sure. T. Katdogs
Well, my little man isn't on Canterbury Pound's website (http://canterburycouncilpound.webs.com/apps/photos/) which was updated yesterday, but there are lots of other good lucking pups of all shapes and sizes!
