tdierikx
Okies... here's Harper and her bestie Snooky. Snooky weighs in at around 3 kgs, and Harper weighed in at 19 kgs yesterday... do you think Snooky noticed the difference? ... and after Snooky went home, Harper got one of her fave toys... Next post... pool photos...
tdierikx
Harper wasn't overly fussed at getting completely wet... *grin* The lovely lillypilly took these photos... Check out the look I was getting... ... and then she stole my sock and proceeded to give it a work over... That'll teach you for getting me wet Mum! T. teekay
Yep, I get that look if i take any of mine into the pool. You'd think they would like the cool off, especially lately but nup, not mine  Loving that last one of Snooky and Harper . Snooky certainly looks like she gives as good as she gets :) Gorgeous gorgeous photos once again T
Little Gifts
I love her licking her lips over that tasty empty toilet roll! Nom, nom, nom.... Edited January 13, 2013 by Puppy_Sniffer
tdierikx
Snooky and Harper play like complete fiends teekay... those shots were once they'd slowed down enough to get some shots in focus! As for the toilet rolls, they are the only thing that Harper will actually get possessive about... you can take anything else off her, but she doesn't want to share those at all! Poor Pickles had one earlier today, and Harper went up, grabbed it from Pickles' mouth, and growled when Pickles asked for it back... I had to find another one for poor Pickles... T. tdierikx
Harper is 6 months old today! And she weighs in at 24.2 kgs... tall and lean, but I reckon she'll fill out some when she gets older - still all legs and ears now... lol! I've cut back how much she eats now too, as we seem to have hit a plateau, but she's still eating twice the amount that each of my other 3 get. She looks great on the amount she is getting, no ribs, but no fat either. We decided to see how she'd like a coat on today, and when there was a break in the yukky weather, we had her model it for us... *grin* As you can see, she didn't hate her jacket... hehe! T. dandybrush
must say she is adorable. and i totally understand the heart dog feeling i have mine in my boy razzle him and i just read each other :) we just have a click can i ask is harper still crated during the day when you are at work? for how long a day? are all your dogs crated? or where are they if not crated when you go to work? tdierikx
Harper is not crated when I'm at work now - only at night so she doesn't eat the house while I'm asleep... lol! As I have to keep Zeddy and Trouble separated, Trouble has the front half of the house (bedroom, bathroom, hall), and Zeddy, Pickles, and Harper have the kitchen and the back yard during the day while I'm at work. Trouble goes into her crate when I get home from work, and then when Zeddy goes to bed (she takes herself off to her room around 7:30-8:00pm), Trouble gets to have some Mummy time before I go to bed at around 11:30-midnight. Trouble and Pickles sleep on my bed, Zeddy has her own room with her fave beddy, and Harper snuggles up in her night crate. T.

tdierikx
She's definitely gorgeous... but also very cheeky - and sometimes downright naughty... but I loves her to bits regardless... *grin* T.

tdierikx
I can't wait until her voice finally breaks... she still has a high pitched puppy bark when she decides to exercise her vocal chords... lol! T.
dandybrush
oh wow thats quite a juggle you have on your hands Td!!
tdierikx
We're used to it here... it's become routine... *grin* Juggling isn't really all that hard when there's only one human involved... and all my dogs get plenty of one-on-one time with me, so everyone's happy with the arrangement... Little Gifts
I think she is getting more beautiful as she gets older! Her eyes seem to have changed colour again but are still very soulful! Tempeh is about 10 months old now, is still all legs but has the deepest bark! I have no idea where it comes from given that her talking voice is high and girly. She's currently asleep with a chewed toilet roll still attached to her lips and a chewed stick next to her head. Some things don't change as they get older! tdierikx
Harper is much less destructive now her big girl teeth are all grown in... she only chews on my bed leg nowadays... egged on by Pickles methinks... Occasionally when she barks, it sounds like her voice may break soon, but is still very deceiving for a dog of her size... lol! T.
