shmoo
Hawkesbury publically stated on the 20th Sept: Hawkesbury City Council recently resolved to introduce compulsory desexing of all animals prior to them being rehomed from the Animal Shelter. This means that ALL animals SOLD from the Shelter will be desexed before the new owner collects the animal. At the moment we are hoping to have the programme commence at the beginning of November. We are in the final stages of consulting with the Vets involved in the programme.
