Sore Lips

Well I've caught my girl (12 month old pup and naturally curiousity is just too much) chasing and licking at ants, the little black ants bull ants and spiders etc... Over the past couple of days she's been scratching at her face with her dew claws and now she has these sore on her lips so I would say something's bitten her... again. My question is.... Is the anything I can do about it? I've given antihistamines which has taken a bit of the redness out of it but is that all I should do?
