It's a dog-on-lead area.

If we want to meet up - I suggest meeting up near Victoria Park, maybe near the drinking fountain at the End of Angas St - parking available along East Terrace between Angas and Halifax and Victoria Park is dog off lead for a quick zoomie (Pedal Prix/Organised Sport permitting) before walking across to Rymil Park.
