Florise
According to this website there is only ten specialist canine dermatologists in Australia. Like any specialist they will not be cheap. http://sydney.edu.au/vetscience/veterinary_services/camden/dermatology.shtml
aussielover
I'd recommend Linda Vogelnest. She is lovely and works out of SASH on Mondays, and at Camden (university teaching hospital) tues-thurs. Unfortunately no specialist is cheap, but I wouldn't say Linda overcharges. Katdogs
Linda Vogelnest is the specialist who our vet asked to do Stevie's allergy analysis and serum. Didn't seem terribly expensive, but we didn't have a consult.

TheCheekyMonster
Yeap my vet recommended Linda as well, guess I will be giving her a bell, poor Gus has a terrible reaction under his arms which has left it raw and infected . Katdogs
The account for Linda's work for Stevie was through Sydney Uni, not SASH. Maybe that affects the pricing? SASH didn't hold back on the billing for Stevie's lump paraosteal fibrolypoma tests and surgery (eta it was worth every cent though for peace of mind!).
