BC Crazy Posted September 6, 2012 Share Posted September 6, 2012 (edited) Hi everyone, Well my Stella has been limping on her hind rear leg since last night. She injured it late yesterday afternoon. Not sure exactly how but next thing I know she is really favouring it. By last night she was almost hopping about on 3 legs If she does stand on all fours she kind of stands on her tip toes on that particular foot. I gave her some Joint Guard with her dinner last night & this morning she seemed fine until she went for a little run in the backyard after being crated all night. Straight away pulled up as lame as anything She is a very stoic girl, so I am thinking she must be in a lot of pain as she did whimper a bit when she got up from a lying down position this afternoon. Poor girl. I so hope it isn't her CL I have made her rest all day & we are off to vets late this afternoon. I am so worried about her know. I hope she is going to be O.K. She does run flat out & turns on a dime everywhere she goes. There is no steady pace with her, so I am hoping It is nothing serious. We didn't have a very pleasant trip to the vets last time I took her. She got herself really worked up & ended up snapping at the poor Vets face hence my extra anxiety this afternoon. One week on leash walks only & anti inflamitories. Phew ! Sorry for any type errors, havent got my glasses on LoL. I have had a pretty stressful week with Miss S & then a vets visit but it's all good.
