Ness1409
Hi Finn, Sorry I don't come in this forum very often but I would absolutely love to meet up. I have two Labradors and no "doggy" friends so we'd enjoy a meetup at a park or beach :) I'm just over the bridge from you in Brighton. I have subscribed to this thread and hope some others will join in too Cheers Vanessa
Tralee
Hey Finn About ten years too late for me lol They used to have a couple of obedience clubs in Redcliffe. There is are beaches in Scarborough as well as Clontarf that are off leash too. I prefered Scarborough because it is sheltered. Good Luck
Guest Ams
Kroll Gardens in Recliffe is lovely. It is large though and if the dogs aren't used to the park they tend to disappear into the 5 acres so you don't get a lot of chance to chat to people. Nudgee Beach is a fully enclosed dog park and the dogs are permitted off leash to swim in the water there. The down side is there are no toilets at the park and you need to go back to the Shell Service Station. I'd be interested in a meet. I work rotational shift work so finding a weekend when I am off and free can be difficult.
