tlc
Cat, mine is a 4s, the biggest thing I noticed going from the 4 to the 4s was the inside photos are sooo much better hardly any noise at all even in lower light, its amazing what a difference 3mp makes. It will be interesting to see where they go with the camera on the iphone 5?? great idea for a thread, I cant join in this one because I am the last remaining person on Earth who doesn't have a mobile phone  Great excuse for a phone. great idea for a thread, I cant join in this one because I am the last remaining person on Earth who doesn't have a mobile phone  Well I have a mobile phone but it doesn't take photos :D Great excuse for an upgrade.

Daisys Mum
Nice shots tlc - you wouldn't know they had been taken on a phone! :) I think the iphone camera is great, it seems to handle tricky lighting better than some of my (real) cameras! Ripley
Wow, some lovely photos. Does anyone have any special apps they use with thier phone photos. I use instagram occasionally for a few different effects. I use Hipstamatic and Instagram mostly if I take an iphone photo as it's a bit of fun. I always take my iphone if we are out somewhere scenic, because I don't always want to lug a DSLR with me on a hike. Here are a few I have, uploaded straight out of phone Hipstamatic using 'Ina's 1969 film' Ben Boyd National Park, Eden, NSW (note the orange vignette light leaks the application gives the photos). This is my favourite iphone photo and the wallpaper on my phone's screen. This pic makes me smile as we'd done a 4 hour hike to this deserted little bay, had a swim here and it was a stunning summer's day :) 12 Apostles, Great Ocean Road - 'Ina's 1969 film, Jimmy lens' Friendly Ducks - Waring Gardens, Deniliquin NSW - using 'Blanko film' in the Hipstamatic app Pierce's Pass, Blue Mountains Nat Park Pierce's Pass, Blue Mts at sunset - 'John S Lens, Kodok XGrizzled' Dog on the Tuckerbox, Gundagai 'Blanko film' Mum's poodle, Max (all taken using Hipstamatic app) Edited August 19, 2012 by Ripley

CrazyCresties
My phone really doesn't have a good camera in it, only used in desperate situations  Interesting pics here though, good to see what the phones can do I'm reminded of a link I saw the other day Hipsters stunned as vintage cameras fail to make them professional photographers http://www.hayibo.com/hipsters-stunned-as-vintage-cameras-fail-to-make-them-professional-photographers/

He's 17 years old this week, darling boy he is! It's a 4. Got it for Christmas so all those pics snapped this year. I love it. tlc
Wow 17 years old thats amazing, do they have a long life span? My oldest cat is going to be 21 this year. She's a dear old soul too!
Ripley
Alexandrines live about 30-35 years! I've had him since he was a baby. Generally speaking the larger the parrot, the longer they live. Fortunately he's a very quiet, well behaved bird.
