Best Bowl For Spaniels?

Hi there i am new to this forum but just recently purchased a purebred cavalier king charles spaniel.

Just wondering what the best water bowls are for them? She is currently using a normal water bowl but are there specific bowls that are designed to keep their ears dry?

You can buy spaniel bowls. I prefer a stainless steel bowl for water and the only ones I have found are probably more cocker spaniel size but they are not too bad and mostly the ears don't get wet.

Welcome to the beautiful world of cavaliers :) as Gretel mentioned, you can get spaniel bowls which you can get online or at petstock/petbarn. I use this one here:

I just use a normal stainless steel bowl for Lucy. To be honest I didn't know that you could get specific spaniel bowls! The wet ears don't bother me... the food in the ears do.. crusty ears are not nice :laugh: :laugh:

I got my spaniel bowls from city farmers - best things ever for clean dry ears at mealtimes and snoods are the best thing for tidy long ears at treat time. I need to put snoods on Koda when he's playing, too, though because he has one ear shorter than the other from rolling around on the floor with his toys :laugh:
