Puppy Dumped

Just read in the Melbourne Sun this morning that some low life dumped a new born puppy, umbilical cord and sac still attached. It was by luck that a worker heard the whimpering of the tiny puppy who had several people combing through the trash in the dumpster to find the tiny baby. The puppy is now in safe hands, thanks to these these life savers. I'll bet the ****** owner won't get the message and leave his bitch entire to have this scenario repeated again and perhaps again. I just don't get it.
