juice
My dally has had it tough the last 6 months. He is 13, firstly we decided to remove all his lumps and bumps which were starting to obstruct his movement on his hind legs. All went well, then he picked up a mini corn on our walk one day, luckily threw it up, but damaged his internal parts, was really sore, had to spend time at vets recovering. Then 3 weeks ago he got a urate stone blockage again after being clear for 8 years, surgery again. He seemed to recover well, although cant hold on all night atm due to being stitched in the bladder as well as around his penis. I have all my dogs in kennels atm as i had surgery this week ( veins stripped), and can't look after them. so yesterday the kennels ring to say he is drinking heaps and then chucking it up, chucked up his brekky too. They have been great, and took him to my vet, he has had bloods taken and is on zantac and antibiotics, but still drinking alot. I suppose i' m just here for support, and advice as to what it might be. i can't drive, or walk hardly atm, doped up myself on meds, so feel really useless that i can't be with him either. Teebs
Oh hun. I wish I was closer, I would take you to him or go and sit with him myself I'm not in a good place for advice, but let me know if you need to talk.

trinabean
I have nothing to offer (as far as advice) but sympathy aplenty. I hope your recovery goes well and that your poor Dally settles down and stabilizes too.
