Elwira Posted October 12, 2012 Share Posted October 12, 2012 Now I have some time to write. Our IDEA has 6 dark sable puppies (1male/5females) born 5th October. The first puppy was born on the armchair :-D All my dogs really like this armchair. Photo is not the best quality, because the light was dim. And now photographs with 5 days old puppies: New photos will be added to this album: We also have a second collie rough litter, which I not mentioned. On the first ultrasound vet said that there is only one puppy, on the second that probably 3-4 puppies. Gemelo Posted October 13, 2012 Share Posted October 13, 2012 We have babies :) Yesterday Peach whelped five puppies, a black tri dog, a red merle bitch and three black tri bitches. All in the conveinient hours between 2-6pm. Gave the last little black girl her wings this morning as she wasnt doing so well. Other four are happy, healthy strong little puppies! Pup is ok for now, but will be one to watch.. 6 girls, 1 boy ...but the boy is a replica of my import that was killed by snake, this was a line breeding back to him, I am in love... Missymoo Posted October 28, 2012 Share Posted October 28, 2012 Congrats MS! Sorry about wee one.. So I have a tiny wee one, she was 100g at birth and fell to 90 lt night. Seems a lot weaker..she can suckle but I thought I'd tube feed her for 24 hours. Went to a pet place (not an animal selling one) and bought some formulae...got hme and made up to find it curdle..turned around and looked at use by date..2011!!! I was pretty cross....not really good enough IMO...if your selling that stuff you should be checking use by date... Anyhow, they did swap it and pup has been tube fed twice (yes I still remember BB :) ). Fingers crossed. She seems to have perked up a bit already.
