Chequeredblackdog Posted June 25, 2012 Share Posted June 25, 2012 I went to the local Petshop today With my friend to get stuff for her new budgie. And what did I see? Three sad looking SHIBA INU puppies in a cage poor babies. Definitely not a breed I was expecting to see! The Petshop wanted $495 for them and didnt seem to have a clue about their breed or any of their needs, I was told they are a smAll easygoing breed that is a good cuddly family dog and easy to train. And how's the 16 yr old shop assistant going to rehome one of these? Unfortunately I know now that Italian Greyhounds are being sold in petshops - you can't find out who the breeder is but they are registered apparently (it's more than one). I got one puppy surrendered to me, 3 months after being purchased from a petshop.
