luffy4688
Hello everyone! It's been quite a while since I've been on DOL. I hope everyone is doing well. I've posted this in the breed sub forums as well, but figured I might get more responses here. Anyway, I've got a question. Long story short,I've been given a Blackdog doggy bagpack by a friend. I was wondering, with corgis being a long back breed, is it suitable for him? Also if it is, how much weight do you reckon is suitable? I'm assuming I'll have to get him used to the backpack to begin with. The idea is tempting, as life is pretty hectic for me at the moment. I do still manage to give him at least a 45 minute fast-paced walk daily, but Bailey's a very energetic dog, he could easily do a 2 hours walk. Hence, the idea of a more intense work out does interest me. Edited May 24, 2012 by luffy4688
dancinbcs
Personally I wouldn't put any weight on the back of a Corgi. Just too risky. Edited May 25, 2012 by dancinbcs
