gapvic
I need to hire a flash and came across http://www.benshire.com.au/. Wondering if anyone has hired from them and if so, was everything ok? ta!

gapvic
I've booked a speedlite through them for next weekend :) . I like the fact I can go collect the item so there is no additional postage to be paid. I'll let you know what they seem like.
PossumCorner
Hope it goes well for you, speedlights are just great, mine are a bit older, the 600 and 800. (Make sure they include the book of words when you pick it up). I've only used Michaels, cnr Eliz and Lonsdale for rentals. They were extra helpful with advice and recommendations for lenses, good service. Over the east side, Camera House in Croydon rent, including full studio lighting kits. Guest Tess32
Rent a Lens are a lot cheaper.
gapvic
I think I looked at Rent a Lens and when I added the postage on, they were more expensive for the speedlite - $25 per day from Bens, and $48 from Rent a Lens (minimum 4 days hire so certainly works out cheaper per day, but I only want it for one day) plus $40 postage.
