GoldenGirl85
My mums Cav boy has always been a 'yelpie' dog, if he is picked up the wrong way (as in not totally supported) he would yelp, so mum took him to the local vet who did some x-rays, he said he is fine but put him on some calcium supplements anyway...this was at 6 months of age when he got desexed He is now 3-4 years old and he still yelps quite a bit, so my mum is wanting to get him looked at by someone other than the local vet, but I don't know of any holistic vets in the area, its only 3 hours to canberra so she would probably be willing to go that far, she is convinced there is a problem with him and she doesn't want him suffering Sooo....any suggestions? trifecta
There is Dr Kate Millhouse in Canberra - she is providing additional support for our boy who has osteosarcoma. Kate is very caring, easy to talk to & the animals love her! She does long distance consults, wherever possible, with the aid of skype. Obviously for some things, such as acupuncture, you would need to travel! Maybe give her a call & have a chat? She will let you know if she can help you. Here is the link to Kate's website http://www.holisticpaws.com.au/ ...... she is at a conference for most of this week, but she will call you back in the evening if you leave a message.
