Lol that's a good point Erny. I guess I just assumed that because he sleeps outside that my Zeusling would need a coat.

He's far smarter than me!!

I hope all your woofers go well this winter -- I have a feeling we're in for a blooming cold one. :(

Pacers had some donated by meg last year to use as fundraisers but we held off until winter to sell them as no one wants them in the summer time.

If you take some measurements Ill see what I have here in the way of PJ's if you like.

I expect you'll notice if he is cold, but generally speaking, if he has a good, warm shelter that is draft free to go into (and assuming he's happy to use it) a coat is most likely not necessary.

Lol - and most of our dogs are smarter than us,.

Steve I've got some hand knitted coats I will put up for auction very, very soon as I was also waiting for it to cool down.

Coogie I will PM you re coats for Issy and Alf. But just so everyone else knows - I'm not really making them to sell. I'm just making a batch for some rescue dogs. I don't want to over commit and not do what I've already planned.

Snook the fabric ends at the tail and is kind of shaped over the thigh and has little leg bits so if your dog were to lie on its back it is all bare skin from the base of the tail/bottom through the underbelly and right up to around the front of the legs. Dogs can easily go 1s and 2s with their jammies on - boys and girls!

Not only does Oscar like mats but it seems he likes fabric too! I just went into the sewing room to sort something out and all the fabric on the floor was in a mess. I went out with the torch and found 3 pieces in the yard, covered in dirt and chew marks. I'm blaming him because the other dogs have never dragged anything inside or outside - they just chew it where it is. He likes to take his for walks. After a wash I'll assess the damage and hopefully be able to cut creatively around any chewed spots. Don't you love helpers?

The sewing room is now permanently shut. He went in again this morning, selected some fleece from the shelf and was chewing away happily in the front room. I don't mind if he sticks to offering design ideas (from a dogs perspective of course!) but eating the product is going to get him fired!

Thank you!

We sure could use it - we have a raffle going with 6 prizes and only 3 people have purchased tickets - its like pulling teeth.
