Great to see you're working with new techniques.

Personally, I'm rarely a fan of HDR so don't actually like the end result of the trees & mountain, but I see the appeal of working with it :) Very interesting.

I know it has an unreal look about it, but I like it, not for every photo but sometimes. It reminds me a bit of old hand coloured photographs and also the really old National Geographic photos from the 30's looked a bit like this to me.

Lol, I'm the same Frodo! I'm looking at DPP going WTF is she talking about!

Huh? why not? I was thinking about when you said yours was all white, did you try playing around with the sliders for brightness, contrast etc?

The white was how it came out on the camera! No, I didn't play with it.... Maybe I'll try again! When I have some spare time!

that definitely sounds like you overexposed all of them. I can show you how on Sunday.

LOL Frodo!

Well..... I caught up with Linda and I got my bracketing and shutter speed all sorted (Turns out my slow shutter speed was the reason for the solid white, overexposed, frames.

I threw them into the DPP HDR thingy... and this is what I got! I didn't go overboard....

First HDR attempt
