Guest Tess32
I just took one of my lenses out for a spin and I THINK that the focusing is off to the side and not the where it's meant to be. Can I just use the in-camera calibration of the 50D to fix this or is it something you have to send it away for?
Kirislin
Do you mean micro adjust? That's only if it's front or back focussing. Sounds like it needs a visit to the Canon Doctor
kja
Have you done a proper test? 9/10 times it's user error. google focus test and you'll find some handy charts. You can use the front/back focus charts for side to side, too.
Guest Tess32
No not a proper test, but it seemed to happen in ALL of them.
