hippie1969
Hey all Another forum member has very kindly given me the name of a dog trainer here in SA. His name is Mark Singer and I am hoping he will be able to help me with some issues my dog has with our new rescue dog. I am wondering if anyone has used him with success? Thanks! Esky the husky
Not personally but a few people I know through DOL speak very highly of him. I know he helped KelpieHoundmumout a lot with her bloodhound :) He would be my first port of call if I needed those kinds of services

Mrs Rusty Bucket
Kelpiehoundmum had good success with him when her Bloodhound started getting a bit above his station. He trains the owners more than the dogs. But he reads the dogs really well. If I have any more surprises out of my evil hound I will be consulting him too. She has just started getting protective without my permission and it can be scary. There's some posts about him here. http://www.dolforums.com.au/topic/232871-obedience-training-adelaide/page__p__5686966__fromsearch__1#entry5686966 Edited April 27, 2012 by Mrs Rusty Bucket
MsKatie
Hi- as others have said I had Mark out to work with us when our Bloodhound started showing some signs of aggression - and again when the kelpie showed some snappiness. Both times he was very calm and matter of fact and very clear about why the behaviour was occuring and what we needed to do to address it. He worked with all of the members of the family and was very patient with my 13 year old son - working through his behaviour with the kelpie with him. He clearly identified with Earl (bloodhound) why he was showing the signs of aggression and demonstrated that Earl actually was quite submissive and we needed to be calm, confident and consistent with him. I cuurently take the kelpie (reactive to other dogs) to his group socialisation class and have watched him work with a variety of dogs with different intensity of behaviour and am taking Earl this SUnday. I would have absolutely no hesitation with reccomending him . ETA - feel free to PM if you have any questions.
