@Leanne - hehe I'm not sure why I'm brave, but I appreciate the comments!!

This olive sea snake was a right pain - all he wanted to do was curl up around me. Finally I just gave up and let him tuck up under my belly & chin instead of trying to shoo him out for more photos. What do they say? Never work with animals or kids!!

And I choose to believe this turtle is merely sleeping, not ignoring me :D

First dive site today has a cool mini-cave and canyons - all totally filled almost solid with glassfish. There are so many you can hear them - it's totally freaky and so cool as they swarm around you.

I LOVE this shot, it's like a billion fish all around you!

I'm guessing you are all about over all this underwater stuff by now :)

Hell no :laugh:

That last sea snake shot is amazing, and loved the video - it does look like a magical place :)

Thanks, CC! The baitfish are always amazing to hang out in - I spent about 30 minutes with a shimmering ribbon of them the other day. Took some video but haven't tried to upload it yet.

still trying to get through all the images from April so should keep having some more updates here - and I'll keep doing it if people are enjoying them :)

@Rainy - thank you very much :)

Today had two AWESOME dives again. On dive 2 my cuddle buddy was back for more and kept head bumping - I had to hold her back gently coz turtle heads are hard when they bump the bridge of your nose!

I'll get to some "real" images and a cool video sometime this weekend, I think...

One of the surprises I got today - was just swimming along heading for the mooring, not thinking about photos at all, had whatever settings were on the camera from the last shots and all of a sudden this guy is right in front of my eyes. I whip the camera up and get two reasonable frames - good thing it was a suitable subject!

@monet - hehe, he's only a few cms long, don't think he's that scary LOL Thanks for liking him despite the ick/fear factor :)

@Kuma - thanks!!

@monet - just a little clarity slider and +.33 exposure. I actually toned down the colours (yellow stuff & background) on this one a bit as they were simply overwhelming (saturation with brush -.85)
