CathyM Posted March 17, 2012 Share Posted March 17, 2012 Little boy I am so sorry, I don't know what happened and we will never know, the vet said you would be fine by morning, but that was not to be the case. I had seen you and you brother needing rescueing from Coonabarabran pound and I just had to try and get you both out of there. It took a little while but we did it, and you both arrived into my care. You had been neglected, but you were the most gorgeous, happy and funloving little boy under all that matting and stench. You were so stoic, you endured all your vet work, being groomed and my hectic household with kids. I didn't even recognise you after your makeover, you looked like a different dog, but you were so happy to be rid of that awful matting. We then embarked on finding you and your brother a new forever family, I thought it might be hard, as I wanted to rehome you both together as you had such a special bond. The perfect family came along in no time at all and I had to let you go, and it was going to be perfect. You were only there for 4 days, and you had them totally wrapped around you paws, they loved you to pieces. You were meant to have a long and happy life with your brother, but that was not to be. I am so sorry little man, this is not the way it was supposed to be, but at least you knew what it was like to be loved and cared for in your last weeks. You are gone, but you will never be forgotten. Awaiting there getaway car from the pound. You are the little on eon the right. After being groomed. In your new home with your brother.
